How to add an image file to your email signature (Outlook version)

I’ve been covering how to add image files as signatures, and on the last post I did a small tutorial for Gmail. But of course, I know not everyone is using Gmail as an email provider. I’ve been noticing that a few of my clients are into Outlook too so I thought it was best to do a series of three posts (I’ll complete with Yahoo, so watch out!).

 
Adding an image file as signature on Outlook is even easier than on Gmail (I promise!). Here’s a step-by-step.

    1. Click on the “Settings” icon on the left of the screen and look for “Options”.

    1. A new page will open, on the right find the “Layout” Section. Click on “Email Signature”. An editor will open. Delete where it says “Sent from Outlook”.

  1. Click on the landscape icon to open the image browser and upload your image file.

Pretty simple, right?
